How do I place my order?

Ordering online from mycurvyqueen.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO BAG’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘CHART button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

What is the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, customer will receive a confirmation email with order summary, and a shipping notification email that including the tracking information after your order is shipped. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account to check your order status. Guest users also will receive the email notification.

Are your items true to size?
